She enjoys collaborating with her team of dedicated professionals to create a positive, resident focused environment. Together they are blessed to make a difference that is truly meaningful. They also get to have a lot of fun!

Resident Care Director
Alesha has been in the industry for 24 years, 5.5 Years with All American.
She loves being able to improve residents quality of life while supporting the care team. It is rewarding to see the difference she and her peers make as a team.
